Request and verification
After identity and necessary transaction checks, the operator explains the processing schedule and outcome. You can also make privacy requests through https://app.harnesslock.com/inquiry. See the Privacy Policy for retained items, statutory retention periods and deletion methods.
Cancel Google Play renewal separately
Requesting account deletion, ending a project or uninstalling the app does not by itself cancel your Google Play subscription. Use Google Play subscription management to stop the next renewal.
Data subject to retention
Information with no retention obligation is destroyed without delay. Legally required information is separated and access restricted. Contract, withdrawal, payment and service-supply evidence is retained for five years; consumer complaint and dispute-handling records for three years. General project, place and activity records are not all retained as transaction evidence.
